Aerocare has partnered with the Industry's leader in Air Ambulance Rescue Insurance – Travel Assist Network

Air Ambulance rescue insurance card

Aerocare is the primary air ambulance provider to Travel Assist Network. The Air Rescue Card ™ is an easy-to–use membership program created to meet the increasing demand for affordable medivac transport and international emergency assistance. Travel Assist Network has eliminated the hassle and common restrictions attached to typical travel insurance while providing the most comprehensive benefits in the industry.

How is the Air Rescue Card different from Travel Insurance?
There are many differences including no deductibles, no claims to file, no coverage limit, and no out of pocket expenses. Travel insurance companies will drop you at the “nearest appropriate facility,” The Air Rescue Card will bring you home whether you're half way around the world, or as little as 99 miles away. We will also transport you to a specialty hospital of your choice.

I have health insurance, why do I need The Air Rescue Card?
Check again, most insurance does not cover medical evacuation, or does not cover you out of the country at all. The few that do will probably not bring you to a hospital of your choice but to the nearest appropriate facility.

Can I transfer to a specialty hospital of my choice?
One of the many benefits of our membership is the ability to decide where you will receive medical treatment. If your condition requires unique attention from a specialized facility you have the power and freedom to choose that facility as your transport destination.

My health is less then perfect. Can I still be covered?
Absolutely. Travel Assist Network provides services for any member regardless of prior medical history. Individuals who are currently being treated for a certain condition within the last six months are excluded from medical evacuation for that specific condition.
